How to use
- Begin by charging or inserting new batteries into your Careway Tens Digital Pain Machine. Ensure all the connections are secure and the device is powered.
- Position the electrical pads on the area where your pain is most intense. The pads should be at least one inch apart to create an effective 'circuit'. Avoid placing them on open wounds, irritated skin, eyes, or on the front of the neck.
- Now, turn on the device. A light will indicate that the device is active.
- Start by selecting the lowest intensity level. Slowly increase the level until you feel a strong, but comfortable sensation. It should not be painful or uncomfortable. If it is, reduce the intensity level.
