How to use
  • Begin by charging or inserting new batteries into your Careway Tens Digital Pain Machine. Ensure all the connections are secure and the device is powered.
  • Position the electrical pads on the area where your pain is most intense. The pads should be at least one inch apart to create an effective 'circuit'. Avoid placing them on open wounds, irritated skin, eyes, or on the front of the neck.
  • Now, turn on the device. A light will indicate that the device is active.
  • Start by selecting the lowest intensity level. Slowly increase the level until you feel a strong, but comfortable sensation. It should not be painful or uncomfortable. If it is, reduce the intensity level.
  • Choose your mode and timing of therapy. The device will automatically switch off after your chosen time is up.
  • Leave the pads on for the duration of the treatment - normally between 15 to 30 minutes. Don't leave the pads on all the time or your skin may get irritated.
  • After usage, ensure you turn off the machine and disconnect the electrode pads from your skin. Clean and store them appropriately.
  • Remember, everyone is different, and the same treatment might not work the same for everyone. Be patient when finding the right setting for you. Make sure to talk to a medical professional if you have any concerns.
Main Ingredients
  • As a digital device, Careway Tens Digital Pain Machine doesn't contain traditional "ingredients" as you might find in a recipe or a medicinal product. It, however, is made up of various components such as electrodes, lead wires, control unit, LCD Screen, batteries.
