How to use
- Take out the nicotine patch from the packet. Do not cut the patch. It can be used at any time of the day that suits you but should be applied at the same time each day.
- Choose a clean, dry, and hairless area of skin on your upper arm, chest or hip to apply the patch.
- Remove the backing from the patch and immediately press the patch onto the skin. Hold for 10 seconds.
- Do not apply the patch to the same spot for at least one week.
- You should wear the patch continuously for 24 hours. However, if it gives you vivid dreams or disturbs your sleep, you may remove it at bedtime and apply a new one when you wake up next morning.
- Remove the patch after 24 hours and apply a new one. Dispose of the used patch carefully, away from children and pets.
